The Design

Ari is Bangkok's quietest creative neighbourhood — independent, considered, slightly apart from the noise. The galleries, the small restaurants, the shops that do one thing very well. It is a place that does not need to announce itself. The loveseat that takes its name was designed with the same quality: it holds its corner of the room with total composure, drawing attention only when you look for it.

The Ari is wide and low, built for two — a compact companion piece rather than a full sofa. The seat is deep enough to curl into, the back set at an angle that invites lingering rather than perching. Its scale is deliberate: substantial enough to anchor a corner or a landing, modest enough to fit where a full sofa would overwhelm the room.

The upholstery is two-tone: a bouclé back and shoulders paired with a velvet or linen seat, the transition marked by hand-applied seam detailing that runs the full silhouette. It is a quiet detail, but it is the one that makes the piece feel considered rather than assembled.

Available in a curated palette of bouclé, velvet, and linen, with the seat height and arm profile adjusted to your room. We propose a proportion based on the space it will occupy and the furniture it will sit alongside. Nothing is standardised.
