If we miss a contracted completion date, we pay 0.1% of the contract value per day late, capped at 5% of the contract value.

Written pre-approval required for any material/brand substitution; unauthorized substitution corrected at no cost.

Weekly progress reports (photos + status) and a 24-hour response commitment on any question you raise.
