Ari is Bangkok's quietest creative neighbourhood — independent, considered, slightly apart from the noise. The galleries, the small restaurants, the shops that do one thing very well. It is a place that does not need to announce itself. The sideboard that takes its name was designed with the same quality: something that holds its wall with complete composure, drawing attention only when you look for it.
The Ari is long and low — never more than 85cm in height, always at least as wide as the wall allows. It rests on either a recessed plinth base that makes it appear to float, or a set of solid turned legs in the same finish as the carcass. The surface is continuous, uninterrupted by handles or visible hardware. Push-to-open catches are built into every door and drawer, so the front reads as a single, clean plane.
Inside, the configuration is entirely yours: a combination of soft-close drawers, open shelving, and concealed storage, arranged around what you actually need to store. The interior is finished in a contrasting material — natural linen canvas, pale lacquer, or cedar — so that opening a door is its own small pleasure.
Available in walnut, white oak, smoked oak, or lacquer in any RAL colour. We propose a proportion based on your wall, your room height, and the furniture it will sit alongside. Nothing is standardised.
"Storage that does not look like storage. A wall that simply looks right."
Final price depends on dimensions, finish, and interior configuration. Quoted after consultation and site measurement.
